Paul leads our 15-member application development team which supports multiple custom applications, including project design, software development, quality assurance, and infrastructure maintenance. His team also develops custom reporting tools for internal and external customers and maintains our data warehouse and reporting system. 

Additionally, Paul provides escalated support and incident response for both custom and third-party information systems and serves as the customer liaison for all information technology (IT) needs. 

When required, Paul and his team support the business development team by providing demonstrations of the company’s many custom applications, working with customers on how the technology can best meet their needs.

Expertise

With more than 15 years of experience, Paul has extensive information systems and technology expertise. Throughout his career, he has been able to help organizations improve efficiency and productivity with advanced information systems solutions—from developing custom helpdesk tools to expanding digital infrastructure to reinforcing online security protocols and much more.  

Paul’s expertise includes multiple digital languages and operating systems, the latest in cloud services, and a wide variety of software and hardware from industry leaders like Microsoft, Dell, HP, and others. 

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Ursinus College. He holds a Certificate in Management Essentials from the Harvard Business School and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. 

The Personal Side

Outside of work, Paul spends his time with his wife and three children. When he isn’t getting the kids to help him tackle projects around the house, they enjoy traveling as a family, especially to the beach whenever possible.
