Kevin and his team are committed to providing customers with a maintenance solution focused on reducing costs through reliability and continuous improvement. This approach allows customers to focus on their core businesses and be more competitive in a global market.

Since 2005, Kevin has served as a General Manager for EMCOR Facilities Services’ (EFS) commercial site-based business, with profit and loss responsibility for the firm’s North American Manufacturing business segment. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2017 and is responsible for customer site-based operations and essential business support functions.

Expertise

Kevin applies his extensive manufacturing experience and background to his management role. He spent a decade in the automotive manufacturing industry, which included nine years working as a maintenance manager with AK Steel in Middletown, Ohio. Add to this his tenure at EFS and Kevin has more than two decades of experience managing maintenance organizations and building teams that deliver exceptional work and value to their customers.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University.

Personal Side

Kevin enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. His hobbies include boating, golfing, scuba diving, home projects, coaching, refereeing, and watching his children’s college and professional athletic events.
