Our community outreach efforts are fundamental to that culture, offering several enriching opportunities for our employees to support their community at both the national and local level.

EMCOR Touching Lives Program™

As an EMCOR company, we are proud to participate in EMCOR Group’s Touching Lives Program. This program reflects EMCOR’s commitment to our core values of Mission First, People Always.

Under Touching Lives, EFS participates in:

  • The Pink Hard Hat Program: Since 2009, thousands of EMCOR employees throughout the U.S. have commemorated Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October by wearing EMCOR Pink Hard Hats in support of our “Protect Yourself. Get Screened Today.” campaign.
  • Troop Support Program: EMCOR is committed to supporting the men and women of the U.S. armed forces and veterans. Our hiring initiative offers employment opportunities—from leadership and management positions to skilled vocational and specialized trade jobs. We are also involved with the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, which helps veterans and their families through education assistance.
