Colleen provides a broad range of legal services for the site-based and supplier managed services divisions of EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) and provides legal oversight and direction to the executive management team on a variety of business issues. In addition to negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and managing master service, subcontractor, supplier, and confidentiality agreements, she also manages outside counsel on all aspects of pending personal injury and property damage matters.

Prior to joining EFS, Colleen honed her skills in commercial contract litigation and negotiations for many Fortune 500 clients as special counsel at Duane Morris, LLP. She began her career as an associate at Conrad O’Brien, P.C., where she provided litigation services for commercial, insurance, and fiduciary disputes and class action litigation in state and federal courts. She transitioned to Vice President and Associate General Counsel at EFS, in 2015.
Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and her Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, gardening, spending time with family, and volunteering for the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance.
