Life Enriching Communities (LEC) engaged EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) to perform building maintenance and landscaping services beginning with the Twin Towers facility and later extending to the Twin Lakes campus. As a strategic partner, we have helped the long-term care community centralize its building operations efforts, enabling them to focus on patient care and elevate their quality of service.

Via our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and preventive maintenance program, EFS has controlled costs and provided capital investment recommendations based on historical data. Additionally, our processes have helped the community centralize and standardize its work requests, financial reporting, key performance measures, service level agreements, and standard operating procedures.

Because of our proven success and documented value, LEC has continued to expand its relationship with EFS year after year.

Client Objectives

In an effort to streamline operations efforts and elevate the quality of service provided to its residents, LEC sought out a building maintenance and landscaping provider with the expertise needed for their specialized healthcare facilities. 

Solutions

EFS has become an integral part of the day-to-day care giving efforts of LEC. We now have two shifts working 365 days a year, responding to more than 12,000 work orders annually, with 45 to 50 full-time employees supporting the community on any given day.
