As General Manager, Chris oversees the daily operations of the commercial site-based business for EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) and Building Technology Engineers (BTE). Chris is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the business to provide exceptional customer service and quality service delivery by incorporating best practices, innovative processes and technologies, and cost-effective solutions.


Chris joined EFS in 2007 and has held a number of leadership positions of progressive responsibility. Most recently, Chris has served as Account Director supporting some of the world’s leading financial institutions, life sciences organizations, and top businesses as part of EMCOR Facilities Services’ commercial site-based services division. Chris applies his knowledge and experience in facilities Operations & Maintenance to develop and implement strategies related to work-force optimization, employee development, and operational and cost improvements. His efforts in this area have resulted in consistently high levels of customer and employee retention as well as year-over-year cost improvements of over 20 percent for clients.

As an active contributor in the facilities industry, Chris is a member of the following organizations: International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), CoreNet Global, and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA.)

The Personal Side

Chris enjoys spending time traveling with his wife, Emily. In his spare time, Chris likes to play golf and hockey and is an avid New England sports fan.
