Mark oversees the daily operations of one of the key customer relationships at EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS). His efforts help to ensure EFS is utilizing best practices, incorporating innovative technologies, and always delivering the highest levels of service to our customer, all while optimizing company resources.
Expertise
With more than three decades of experience in integrated facilities management, Mark is a seasoned industry veteran. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of key leadership roles among some of the industry’s top companies. He started as a facilities manager with Fifth Third Bank, working there for nearly 30 years, and worked his way up to Senior Vice President. Prior to joining EFS, he also held senior facilities roles at Battle Plan Solutions and JLL.
Mark’s professional expertise is focused on enhancing customer experience through productivity initiatives, innovation, service delivery, and fiscal accountability.
Mark studied industrial engineering at The Ohio State University. Mark is also a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

When away from the office, Mark enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children.
